40 Princess St.
In the heart of Manchester’s Village Quarter the gates to 40 Princess St. have been reopened showcasing its proud industrial heritage, to provide a creative work space over 8 floors.

Such a prominant building in the heart of Manchester required a thoughtful identity, that can be used across printed and digital material and on-site wayfinding without comprimise the visual heritage of the building.

Forty. Wayfinding System

Forty. Princess Street is an 10 floor building - Streching from the lower floors with a Gym, showers, lockers and cycle storage, to the reception and mid floor full open shared space to encourage collaboration and up to the upper floors with unique loft offices for quiet meetings with private clients.

With such varied space the challenge was to create a unified wayfinding system which is consistent across these different environments and provides clear direction for all.

To this we created a interlocking grid system designed to contain infomation and direction, that can be built upon allowing for expansive and minimal use.

11 - 12 Wigmore Place
Tucked away down in the centre of Marylebone, 11 - 12 Wigmore Place is a beautiful contemporary work space at the end of one of Marylebone’s few untouched mews.

The wayfinding signage from the large raised floor numbers to the tenant boards is carefully considered to reflect the visual identity of the building using the brushed brash accents of the building’s furnishings.
